Vacation!

We took a vacation last week with my parents, grandparents, and Sean. My great Aunt Jo lives in Harrison, Maine, so we went primarily to visit with her. We were able to see her, head over to Peaks Island where she and Nana grew up (also the place where Nana and Papa were married), and spend part of a day at Sebago Lake at the beach.

The last day of our trip we spent in Boston. This was a very cool day, as we got to see so much history. We stood in line for over an hour to get on the USS Constitution, which is the oldest commissioned Naval ship still floating! It was in 33 battles in its history and won all 33. Very cool! The ship is called 'Old Ironsides' because in battle, cannons would simply bounce off the wood walls leading the attackers to believe she was made of iron.

This coming weekend we are headed to Illinois for Aaron's cousin Krysteen's wedding. Should be a really fun trip, as we will be in a hotel with most of the family!

Here are some pictures of our Maine trip...enjoy! (I'll put the Boston one's up in a new post)
